Success Highlights the Need Among Healthcare Facilities to Protect Availability of Critical Patient Data.
We’re thrilled to report we broke our own sales record in Q1, adding 19 new hospital clients. The amazing sales are due mostly to our NetSafe Business Continuance Solution outpacing projections. Congratulations to our sales team and all of our clients who are doing everything they can to protect the availability of critical patient data.
These record sales are due to continuing strong performance of NetDelivery and the fact that our NetSafe Business Continuance Solution outpaced projections. These numbers confirm the ability of Interbit Data’s solutions to address the increased significance of comprehensive electronic healthcare record (EHR) solutions.
Why are our solutions doing so well? We believe the strong performance reflects the continued confidence our customers have in our solutions, which are carefully designed to integrate with and add value to a hospital’s healthcare information system (HCIS). We also don’t rest on our laurels; we have made major upgrades to both of these products within the last six months in order to keep pace with the rapid pace of change in the healthcare industry.
In case you’re not familiar with NetSafe, it is a software solution that provides a high level of disaster tolerance for healthcare facilities by automatically distributing up-to-date patient information from healthcare information systems (HCISs) to local computers across a healthcare facility, enabling 24/7 uninterrupted patient care during a system or network downtime. We recently released a major upgrade to NetSafe, adding Web access along with single-sign-on and expanded report format options. Interest in NetSafe is particularly strong right now and shows more adoption across vendor platforms, including McKesson and Siemens.
Our NetDelivery solution enables secure patient report distribution to physicians’ practice EMRs and others serving patients. We also recently released a new version of NetDelivery, with added features that include more granular control of Report Filename properties, enhanced Fax Queue visibility, a Do Not Dial 9-1-1 feature, and the option to move faxes with no specified number to the failed queue.
Congratulations to our sales team and all of our clients who are doing everything they can to protect the availability and accessibility of critical patient data. We look forward to continuing to extend our cost-effective solutions to new customers who are looking to increase efficiency, improve clinical workflow, meet patient safety initiatives and improve the delivery of care.
