Arthur Young, Founder & President

Arthur Young is a visionary healthcare information systems entrepreneur who has focused Interbit Data’s offerings on providing secure and reliable methods of connecting users with HCIS information. Prior to founding Medical Systems Solutions (the precursor to Interbit Data) in 1997, Arthur spent 10 years with MEDITECH and three years at JJWild. Arthur holds a BA from Boston University and MSW and MBA degrees from Washington University.


Brian Main, CTO & Lead Developer

Brian Main specializes in the development of software solutions for healthcare facilities and is responsible for product development and implementation. Brian focuses on features and upgrades that will enable healthcare providers to save time and secure data as they work with patient information and records.


Lee Pappas, Business Development

Lee Pappas is Director of Business Development responsible for establishing and managing business partnerships as well as pursuing business growth opportunities for the company. Earlier in his career, Lee was a media entrepreneur & visionary, game developer and founder of a number of hi-tech publications. Lee has BS in EE from WPI.


John Gitelman, Marketing

John is a brand and product marketing leader focused on delivering marketing excellence with product development & launches, brand & product strategy, communications and sales marketing. He has extensive experience in technology fields related to healthcare, medical devices, software, semiconductors and consumer electronics having lead numerous organizations as Vice President and CEO. John has an MBA and BA from Tulane University.



Edward Norton, Vice President – Emeritus

Edward Norton joined Interbit Data as VP of Sales in 2005 after a successful 15-year career as Director of Regional sales for MEDITECH. He led Interbit’s sales growth into the US and Canadian Hospital marketplace.  In 2018 Ed retired from Interbit but remains associated with the company as an advisor on matters of importance. Ed’s sales and management experience started in the United States Marine Corps and further developed with a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts.
