Arthur Young

Arthur Young

President and Chief Executive Officer

Arthur Young is a visionary healthcare information systems entrepreneur who has focused Interbit Data’s offerings on providing secure and reliable methods of connecting users with HCIS information. Prior to founding Medical Systems Solutions (the precursor to Interbit Data) in 1997, Arthur spent 10 years with MEDITECH and three years at JJWild. Arthur holds a BA from Boston University and MSW and MBA degrees from Washington University.

Amy Heffernan

VP of Client Strategy

Amy has 30 Years of experience as a proven healthcare account and business executive. Her strengths are generating revenue growth, building trusted relationships, and achieving total client satisfaction. Previously she has worked for MEDITECH, TSI/Eclipsys, Summit Healthcare Services, and Philips Population Health division. Currently, in her role as a Vice President of Client Strategy, she works with Interbit Data’s existing client base to expand relationships while lending knowledge to best practices in downtime business continuity & cyber crises while strategizing to connect clinicians to patients.

Alex Konstansky, MBA

Director of Implementation

Alex has 18+ years of experience in the medical information technology industry, Alex leads a team of application specialists that implement Interbit Data solutions.  His strengths are innovative problem solving, expert product knowledge, perspective taking, collaboration, and interpersonal communications.  Alex has a BS in microbiology from UMass Amherst and an MBA from Framingham State University

Brian Main

Chief Technology Officer

Brian leads the technical side of Interbit Data which includes development, implementation, support, and documentation. He plays an active role in developing software solutions for healthcare facilities. In addition, Brian focuses on features and upgrades that will enable healthcare providers to save time and secure data as they work with patient information and records. Brian spent three years with MEDITECH before starting at Interbit Data, more than 15 years ago.

Chris Hottinger

VP, National Accounts

Chris Hottinger is a Business Development and Marketing executive with more than 25 years’ experience in healthcare technology, building and leading successful client partnership. Chris has unique understanding of all stakeholders in the healthcare continuum, having successfully worked with Payers, Providers, Health Systems, State Agencies and Vendors.

Chris has recently been involved with innovative startups focused on cybersecurity, patient data management, and telemedicine.  In addition, he has developed and managed innovative and strategic analytic projects using AI/Machine Learning, and the Internet of Things to achieve clinical and business insights for strategic healthcare clients.  Chris has considerable expertise with large scale, technology enabling projects and consulting that supports client partner needs, from project management, interim leadership staffing to software implementations.

Chris has worked for notable companies such as Teradata, MediRevv, RGP, Computer Sciences Corporation, and Superior/ACS. He also serves as a member of several advisory boards and is active with HIMSS, HFMA and ACHE.
