Allen,

We have a new product called MOXport that will take the MOX information and store it in a folder in so that it can be imported into Outlook. The files are stored by user name so that each user can access their information and import it into Outlook as needed. With MOXport, the users do not need to have another e-mail system in addition to Outlook which most users are already familiar with.

Contact me offline if you want more information.

@Kevin O'Reilly: We moved from Magic to 6.0 in 5.10. To replace MOX we used a brand new package from Forward Advantage called Fox. Email and document storage are in separate applications. The email is dubious; I would actually suggest Mozilla Thunderbird with the calendar addin over Fox Mail. The document library is similar to MOX & actually an improvement. Interestingly, however, our users are confused over it.

I've also visited Doylestown and was not impressed. Meditech has touted Doylestown, but all I heard about were issues..big issues. We're now opening up to other vendors.
