Customers Give High Marks to Interbit Data
Survey Highlights Product Reliability and Excellence in Customer Satisfaction
Natick, MA – January 16, 2006 – Interbit Data, a leading provider of secure and reliable access to information in the MEDITECH® Hospital Information System, has released the results of a customer survey that inquired about products, service and overall customer satisfaction. The results indicate that the company provides highly reliable products and offers excellent technical support.
The survey was sent to approximately 350 customers to find out what they felt about Interbit Data’s products and services and to get product feature requests for the NetSolutions product line. Out of 350 customers, there were 52 responses. Customers applauded Interbit Data for their product’s ease of use, reliability and its strong integration with the MEDITECH Healthcare Information
System.
For customer service, 49 out of 52 customers rated Interbit Data as excellent. The three customers who responded with a less than excellent rating cited:
- Difficulty in identifying who to contact and delays in getting support;
- Delays delivering the software and upgrades;
- New installation – still to be determined.
To satisfy these service requests, Interbit Data has taken the following actions:
- Currently Interbit Data is streamlining their phone system to make accessing the right party easier. In addition, they have hired Martin O’Brien, a dedicated support person to service our customer base.
Martin comes to Interbit Data with many years of help desk experience and can be reached at extension 203. - Interbit Data has recently installed a more robust FTP server that will be used to deliver new software and updates to our customers.
