  1. What are your support hours? – Support is available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. (eastern time) Monday through Friday except MEDITECH holidays and by pre-arrangement. Off hours support is free but must be scheduled.
  2. Do your solutions work with MEDITECH 6.0? – Yes, all of Interbit Data’s solutions work across all MEDITECH platforms – Magic, C/S and 6.0.
  3. Are your solutions integrated or interfaced to MEDITECH? – All of Interbit Data’s solutions are fully integrated with the MEDITECH faxing routines.
  4. Does your product work with all MEDITECH applications? – yes our products work with all MEDITECH applications.
  5. Do you support Faxing from Non-MEDITECH applications? – yes
  6. Do you support in-bound Faxing? – yes
